Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tesla Jigsaw website and online store (the “Site”) and your purchase of products (“Products”) from us. By accessing the Site, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase Products.
1. About Us
Tesla Jigsaw is operated by Jigballs Media Ltd business based in Market Harborough, England, United Kingdom. Contact: teslajigsawmerch@hotmail.com
We sell custom, print-on-demand Tesla-inspired merchandise (e.g., apparel, accessories) fulfilled by our third-party partner, Printful.
2. Use of the Site
You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) to use the Site and make purchases. You agree not to misuse the Site (e.g., no hacking, uploading harmful content, or infringing intellectual property). We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if these Terms are violated.
3. Products and Orders
• All Products are custom-made to order via Printful—production takes 2–5 business days, plus shipping (see our Shipping Policy).
• Descriptions, images, and prices are approximate; we may use reasonable alternatives if stock issues arise (we’ll notify you).
• Orders are offers to buy; we accept by confirming shipment. We may cancel/refuse orders (e.g., pricing errors, suspected fraud) and refund any payment.
• You are responsible for providing accurate order details (address, etc.). We are not liable for delivery issues from incorrect info.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are in GBP (or your selected currency) and include UK VAT where applicable. International orders may incur duties/taxes at delivery (your responsibility unless DDP). Payment is via Shopify Checkout; we use secure processors. All charges are final except as per our Return and Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
• Designs and content on the Site (including Tesla Jigsaw branding, logos, and custom artwork) are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without permission.
• By uploading/submitting designs (if applicable), you warrant you own or have rights to them and grant us a license to produce and sell Products. You indemnify us against any IP claims.
• Tesla-related designs are fan-inspired; we make no affiliation claim with Tesla, Inc. or affiliates. Use of trademarks is for expressive purposes only.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• Products are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those in our Return and Refund Policy.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss).
• Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the Product in question.
• Nothing excludes liability for death/personal injury from negligence, fraud, or statutory rights under UK law (e.g., Consumer Rights Act 2015).
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us (and Printful) harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, IP infringement by your actions, or unlawful use of Products.
8. Third-Party Fulfillment
We use Printful for printing, fulfillment, and shipping. They handle production and delivery; we manage customer service and claims per our policies. We inform you of this third-party involvement as required.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of English courts. For EU/UK consumers, you may have additional rights under consumer protection laws.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. Check back periodically.
