Shipping Policy
At Tesla Jigsaw, we’re all about getting your Tesla-inspired merch to you as quickly and reliably as possible—whether you’re in the UK, Europe, or further afield. All products are custom-made to order via our print-on-demand partner, Printful, so shipping times include both production and delivery.
Production & Fulfillment Time
• Most orders take 2–5 business days to print and prepare (this varies with current order volume, design complexity, and product type).
• This does not include shipping time—check individual product pages for more precise estimates.
Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates
• Shipping begins after fulfillment.
• UK domestic (from our UK fulfillment center in Birmingham): Typically 3–7 business days total delivery (production + shipping).
• Europe: 4–10 business days total (faster within EU if fulfilled locally).
• Rest of the world (including US, Canada, Australia, etc.): 4–20 business days total, depending on destination.
• Express options (where available): 1–3 business days shipping after fulfillment for faster delivery (additional cost at checkout).
• Standard DDP (Delivered Duty Paid, for UK/Canada international): Duties/taxes included in shipping price for smoother clearance (3–7 business days for UK routes).
These are estimates only—not guarantees. Delays can happen due to high demand, stock issues, carrier disruptions, holidays, or customs processing. Most UK customers see orders arrive in under 2 weeks!
Shipping Costs
• Costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, product type/quantity, and selected method.
• Printful uses flat rates by region and category (e.g., lower for UK/EU due to local fulfillment).
• UK examples: ~£3.50–£6 for a single t-shirt/hoodie, plus ~£0.50–£2 per additional item.
• Europe: Similar or slightly higher.
• International: Higher (e.g., £8–£15+ for single items).
• Multiple items or certain products (e.g., hats, mugs, posters) may ship separately, which can affect total cost.
• We pass on Printful’s exact rates—no hidden markups from us. Free shipping thresholds or promotions may apply occasionally—watch our YouTube or store announcements!
Tracking & Delivery
• All orders include tracking (via trusted carriers like Royal Mail for UK, or equivalents elsewhere).
• You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. Check status directly or contact us if needed.
Important Notes
• Customs & Duties (International orders): For shipments outside the UK/EU, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or fees at delivery (unless using DDP). Printful handles UK VAT (20%) for domestic orders.
• Address Accuracy: Double-check your shipping address at checkout—incorrect details may cause delays or extra costs (we can’t reship for free if undeliverable).
• Restricted Destinations: We do not ship to certain countries due to carrier/legal restrictions (e.g., Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea—full list on Printful’s site).
• Lost or Delayed Packages: If marked “delivered” but not received, or significantly late, contact us within 30 days—we’ll investigate with Printful and resolve per our Return and Refund Policy.
